Wall and Ceiling Painting
Most painting jobs look fine in photos and start flaking in 18 months. The reason is almost always in the preparation, not the paint.
Panorama Construction’s painting work starts with the wall. We fill, sand and prime before any colour goes on. On new plaster, we allow proper drying time before application — cutting this step creates adhesion problems that show up later. On previously painted surfaces, we assess whether old layers need removing or whether they’re stable enough to coat over.
Our painting process:
- Full surface assessment — cracks, humidity checks, adhesion test on old paint
- Filling of holes, cracks and imperfections
- Sanding and priming
- Multi-layer application with professional rollers and brushes
- Cutting-in by hand at edges, corners and coving
- Protection of floors, doors and fixtures throughout
We use professional-grade paints — not the same product available in DIY stores. The difference is coverage, durability and how the finish looks at oblique angles where light hits a wall. Cheap paint hides nothing.
We paint apartments, houses, offices and commercial spaces. For landlords with multiple units, we can schedule sequential work to keep turnaround times tight.
Colours can be matched to any RAL or NCS reference, or we can work from samples you bring. We advise on finish type — matt for bedrooms and living rooms, silk or satin for kitchens and bathrooms, eggshell for woodwork and doors.
